Thomas Rose, MBA

Thomas Rose is CEO & President of 21st Century Health Care Consultants. A former Army Special Forces Officer (Green Berets), his business experience includes a successful leadership track in the General Electric companies, culminating as Chief Financial Officer of GE’s largest asset management company. Following GE, Thomas focused his career on growing or turning around smaller to mid-sized middle market businesses as their company President or business development executive in a variety of sectors, from automotive, manufacturing, facilities maintenance, and healthcare.  

Thomas’ Fortune 100 C-level expertise applied to over nearly two decades of small to mid-sized business leadership enables him to know what our clients will have to deal with as they start and grow their businesses and how we can best help them. Thomas received his undergraduate B.S. Degree in Management from Methodist University and his MBA from Webster University. 

Tim Eiman

Timothy Eiman is Chief Innovation Officer of 21st Century Health Care Consultants.  For over 25 years Tim has been a  thought leader in compliance and EdTech solutions in the  healthcare industry while building powerful partnerships with healthcare systems and  industry leadership. He is a proven growth strategist, a modern change agent, and a market disruptor. He has extensive executive experience in providing business acumen and leadership from startup to mature organizations, as well as developing national strategic relationships. He is a dynamic national speaker at conferences and internal meetings, with expertise in healthcare ecosystems, learning management systems, HRIS, SaaS, eLearning, and education. His mission is to leverage innovative technologies and business development to empower healthcare professionals and improve patient outcomes.

Tim has completed 3 highly successful exits in private equity rollups, delivering exceptional value to the stakeholders. Tim received his B.S. from Michigan State University in Social Science and Organizational Leadership. He serves on National League of Nursing Advisory Council. He has completed the Center for Creative Leadership Programs at Eckerd College.

Eric Srisavaththay

Eric is Vice President of Marketing and is responsible for the marketing and creative direction for 21st Century Health Care Consultants. With a background spanning 13 years in marketing leadership roles across diverse industries, his experiences include paid digital advertising, local advertising, targeted email campaigns, web development, SEO, and social media marketing.  He has worked in various fields including e-commerce, music, early childhood education, digital advertising, broadcast television, and home health care.  Most recently, Eric was the Director of Marketing for Creative World School Franchising Inc.  

Eric's experience in traditional and digital advertising enables him to train and advise our clients on the best possible use of various marketing channels, helping them gain visibility in their local market. Eric earned his A.S Degree in Computer Programming and pursued further studies at St. Cloud State University. 

Patti Zabell, RN BS MBA CHCE

Patti Zabell RN BS MBA CHCE is Chief Clinical Officer of 21st Century Health Care Consultants. With over 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Patti has worked in various fields including hospitals, home health, hospice, assisted living, and palliative care. Patti started her career in home health as a per diem field nurse in 1987 and ascended to executive leadership roles for national and regional providers. In her recent senior-level positions, she had national responsibilities in the home health and hospice sectors. Patti has served in both hospital-based and for-profit organizations. 

Patti’s diverse background in nursing includes operations, compliance, and business development. She has expertise in M&A, integration strategies, organizational change and driving financial, clinical and operational excellence. She applies this to all aspects of our business for our client’s benefit. Patti is a registered nurse who holds a  BSN from Lakeland College, a BS in Healthcare Administration and an MBA from Franklin University. She is certified as a Home Care Executive by the National Association of Homecare and Hospice and a certified CHAP and ACHC consultant. 

Kelli Sandler, RN BSN MBA

Kelli Sandler is Vice President Business Development and is responsible for the New Agency National Sales team and the Regional Business Services Consulting Sales Teams. Answering her call to nursing, Kelli began volunteering with Hospice until becoming a Home Health Aide at age 18. That launched her 26 years of experience in healthcare. Kelli obtained her LPN license, progressing to ADN and BSN. Her experiences include bedside nursing, clinical management, government contract work, sales and marketing, program director, and leadership positions. She has worked in various fields including hospitals, outpatient clinics, home care, and hospice. Most recently, Kelli was Regional Vice President of Sales for Enhabit Home Health and Hospice. 

Kelli’s leadership experience in both hospital-based and for-profit organizations, with a focus on achieving financial, clinical, sales and operational excellence, positions her to best advise and guide our clients. Kelli earned her LPN and ADN at Kirtland Community College and her Forensics Nursing Certificate from Kaplan University. She earned her BSN and MBA in Healthcare Administration from Western Governors University. 

Tina Robertson, RN BSN

Tina Robertson RN, BSN is Vice President Clinical Services and is responsible for the Clinical Manager Team and execution of all Clinical Consulting Services. Tina brings over 22 years of healthcare experience to 21st Century. During her 14 years of specifically home health experience, Tina has held various roles from being a Nurse Case Manager to a Regional Administrator and a multi-site Director of Operations. Tina has worked for both privately owned and large publicly traded agencies to manage operations, services, personnel performance, and cost management. 

Tina’s tenure in the Home Care industry and depth of operational experience in running agencies makes her uniquely qualified to help our clients. Tina holds an ASN  and AA from State College of Florida and a BSN from University of South Florida.

Mercedes Andrus

Mercedes Andrus is Vice President Client Services and is responsible for the Licensing and Credentialing Teams. Mercedes is a results-focused health care professional with 34 years of progressive leadership experience, including Vice President of Operations at Concordis Senior Living and Noble Senior Services, and Chief Operating Officer at Premier Senior Living Group. Mercedes has worked in Long-Term Care, Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Home Health/Home Care, Adult Day Care and Skilled Nursing. As a senior executive, she possesses a diverse skill set, including multi-unit operation management, sales facilitation, new business development, regulatory compliance, budget development, and human resource management. 

 Mercedes’ wealth of experience in multiple executive positions has created expertise in operations, sales, marketing, and budgeting across multiple states.  She has a strong focus on revenue growth, expense control, compliance, and enhancing company culture, mission, and values and delivers customer-focused service to our clients daily.  Mercedes has a Master of Science degree in Health Care Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Community and Human Services with a minor in gerontology. 

Jean Marie Kosko

Jean Marie Kosko is Vice President Administration and oversees all Finance, Accounting, HR, IT, Facilities, Customer Care, and Strategic Projects.

Jean has worked in all aspects of 21st Century’s departments and is a critical Subject Matter Expert to the company. Jean always has the customer perspective in mind. Jean holds a BS in Humanities and Business from Neumann University.

Kim Cavanaugh

Kim Cavanaugh is the Director of Licensing and is responsible for the Licensing and Credentialing Teams. Kim has 28 years of experience in compliance and regulatory affairs, specializing in state licensing and CHAP and ACHC accreditation for home care, home health, and hospice start-up agencies nationwide. Kim has many years of leadership experience, including a previous role as Director of Licensing, which has led to the opening of over 2,000 agencies. In addition to consulting, Kim has worked for established home health and hospice agencies as Director of Operations and Regulatory and Compliance Manager, where she was able to implement her knowledge, ensuring perpetual readiness for those organizations.

With Kim’s leadership experience and her extensive knowledge of compliance and regulatory affairs, she is well-positioned to guide our 21st-century clients through a streamlined and organized licensing and accreditation process. Kim studied Accounting and Business Management at Hillsborough Community College in Tampa, FL.
