Following GE, Thomas focused his career on growing or turning around smaller to mid-sized middle market businesses as their company President or business development executive in a variety of sectors, from automotive, manufacturing, facilities maintenance, and healthcare.

Tina Robertson, RN BSN MBA

Tina Robertson RN, BSN, MBA is the Senior Vice President of Operations and is responsible for the Clinical and Licensing Team and execution of all operations. Tina brings over 22 years of healthcare experience to 21st Century. During her 14 years of specifically home health experience, Tina has held various roles from being a Nurse Case Manager to a Regional Administrator and a multi-site Director of Operations. Tina has worked for both privately owned and large publicly traded agencies to manage operations, services, personnel performance, and cost management. 

Tina’s tenure in the Home Care industry and depth of operational experience in running agencies makes her uniquely qualified to help our clients. Tina holds an ASN and AA from State College of Florida, a BSN from University of South Florida and an MBA from Western Governors University.

Jean Marie Kosko

Jean Marie Kosko is Vice President Administration and oversees all Finance, Accounting, HR, IT, Facilities, Customer Care, and Strategic Projects.

Jean has worked in all aspects of 21st Century’s departments and is a critical Subject Matter Expert to the company. Jean always has the customer perspective in mind. Jean holds a BS in Humanities and Business from Neumann University.

Lea Chittenden

Lea Chittenden is the National Sales Leader and is responsible for driving growth across the organization and leading the Executive Account Manager Team. She is an accomplished healthcare leader with over a decade of experience in business development and senior care services. She has held key leadership positions in skilled nursing facilities and home health organizations, including Clinical Provider Liaison, Area Director of Business Development, and Area Vice President. Lea is dedicated to expanding access to care across the continuum through strategic partnerships, application of market intelligence, and program development.

Lea holds a B.S. in Healthcare Administration, a Master of Arts in Gerontology, and is completing a Master of Arts in Business Management at Webster University. She also holds designations as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Gerontologist, Dementia Capable Care Specialist & Instructor, and Cares Dementia Specialist.
